LotteryNumbers.ai provides lottery data analysis, historical draw records, and number generation tools for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not sell lottery tickets, guarantee outcomes, or predict winning numbers.

2. No guarantee of results

Lottery drawings are random events. Nothing on this platform — including generated numbers, frequency analysis, odds comparisons, or scratch-off scores — constitutes a prediction or guarantee of any lottery outcome. Generated number combinations have the same mathematical odds as any other valid combination.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By using LotteryNumbers.ai you confirm you meet this requirement. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding lottery participation and online services.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Free plan usage limits apply as described on the generator page.

5. Data accuracy

Historical draw data is sourced from publicly available lottery records. Jackpot amounts are sourced from public feeds and updated periodically. Scratch-off prize data reflects published state lottery information and may lag real-world ticket sales. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data on this platform.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
